LDWholesale has announced the promotion of Phil Garcia to the role of vice president of Operational Production. In his new role, Garcia will be responsible for all of LDWholesale’s production activities in both the Costa Mesa, Calif. and Plano, Texas branches, including process improvement, service levels, customer service, staffing and goal-tracking.
