LDWholesale has announced the promotion of Phil Garcia to the role of vice president of Operational Production. In his new role, Garcia will be responsible for all of LDWholesale’s production activities in both the Costa Mesa, Calif. and Plano, Texas branches, including process improvement, service levels, customer service, staffing and goal-tracking.

With more than 20 years of experience, Garcia joined LDWholesale in November 2015 as sales and operations liaison, where he focused on collaborating with both departments to identify areas of opportunity in process improvement, customer experience, communication, training, service levels and productivity.

Before joining LDWholesale, Garcia served as national director of Sales at Royal Pacific Funding Corporation, where he worked with operations in re-engineering the mortgage loan process to maximize the customer service experience and create a scalable process for long term growth. Prior to that, he served as vice president of operations at Impac Companies; senior vice president at New Century Mortgage and Countrywide Mortgage, where he oversaw top-producing sales and operations teams.

Garcia graduated with bachelor of business administration from New Mexico State University. He resides in Santa Ana, Calif. with his wife and three sons.
