LeaderOne Financial has named Todd Leddon senior vice president of Capital Markets

LeaderOne Financial has named Todd Leddon senior vice president of Capital Markets. Leddon has 15-plus years of mortgage banking experience in retail, correspondent, wholesale and warehousing channels with major lenders, including Bank of America. In his new role he is focused on interest rate risk management, securitization, loan pricing/best execution, margin management, financial modeling, and negotiations.

"This year the executive team and board of directors have been investing heavily in the future of our company," said LeaderOne Chief Operating Officer Michael Stoddart. "The addition of Todd Leddon will not only allow us to improve our delivery methods, but also assist in streamlining the mortgage process as we continue to focus on the mortgage experience for our employees, customers, and partners."
