Garrett Camp, co-founder of the popular ride-for-hire company Uber, is now focusing on the housing industry with a new endeavor that is being billed as an “open and fair real estate platform.”

Camp’s newest project is Haus, which will provide real estate agents and homebuyers access to all of the offers put before a seller. Haus will notify agents, buyers and sellers when a new offer is submitted, and will provide the price and terms of the offers. The names of those submitting the offers will remain confidential.

“Most aspects of life have been improved by technology, yet buying or selling a home is still a manual process,” said Camp in a statement. “Haus is creating a platform we believe can revolutionize the way people buy real estate. The open and clear communication creates a more efficient and fair process for everyone involved.”
