Silver Hill Funding, a division of Bayview Loan Servicing LLC, has announced the addition of Eldon Lewis to the company’s sales representative team.

“Eldon is an experienced mortgage professional within the Bayview family who contributed to Silver Hill’s success in the past. We are excited to have him back and we know brokers will enjoy working with him while they grow their small-balance commercial business,” said Michael Boggiano, senior vice president, national sales manager for Silver Hill Funding.

Lewis is an accomplished professional in the mortgage industry with a decade of experience in commercial asset management and lending. As a senior commercial asset manager for Bayview Asset Management, he managed a portfolio of performing, non-performing, CMBS and REO assets ranging from $200,000 to $9,500,000 in value. Lewis considers his ability to provide solutions for his clients to be his strongest asset as a mortgage professional.

“It’s an exciting time to rejoin the team of commercial mortgage experts at Silver Hill Funding,” said Lewis. “I look forward to working alongside mortgage brokers and helping creditworthy small business owners and investors secure the small-balance funding they need.”
