Aug 03, 2016
GSF Mortgage has announced the addition of Tim Lammers as a mortgage loan originator in Brookfield, Wis., joining the company with 16 years of mortgage industry experience

Incenter LLC has announced that Al Qureshi has joined the firm as managing director of Analytics, to build upon the existing MSR analytics platform, which was formerly known as Interactive Mortgage Advisors (IMA), and lead the delivery of best-in-class asset valuation, analytics, risk management and advisory services. Al has nearly 20 years of mortgage and capital markets experience, most recently as head of mortgage servicing hedging and hedging analytics at U.S. Bank.

“We are excited to add Al to the Incenter team,” said Nicholas Smith, president of Incenter. “Al has broad and deep technical expertise in mortgage assets and capital markets, but most importantly, he has the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions.”

Incenter is a Blackstone portfolio company headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota with offices in Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas, New York and Manila, Philippines.

“I am delighted to join Incenter, a company which has already built a solid analytics platform that is delivering value to its clients every day,” said Qureshi. “We now have an opportunity to enhance that platform and extend its application to help our clients pinpoint their revenue opportunities and clearly understand and manage their key business and financial risks.”
