Franklin American Mortgage Names Matt Rider CIO

Franklin American Mortgage Company (FAMC) Correspondent Lending has announced the industry’s first mini-bulk execution permitting assignment of trades (AOT)

Franklin American Mortgage Company (FAMC) has named Matt Rider the company’s new chief information officer. In this role, Rider will help FAMC maintain its position as an industry-leader by providing executive oversight of all information technology operations, management, and service delivery.

Rider joins FAMC with 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry—most recently as IT executive director over the Commercial Appraisal and Real Estate Technology Divisions for JPMorgan Chase. Immediately prior to joining FAMC, Rider served as the interim CIO with JEGS Automotive Inc.

A native of Ohio, Rider graduated cum laude with a bachelor of business administration degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
