Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS), headquartered in Lewisville, Texas, has announced its acquisition of Miami-based M&M Mortgage Services

Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS) is expanding its ability to serve its mortgage industry clients with the acquisition of Clearwater, Fla.-based national title insurance and settlement services provider Lenders Title Solutions. The company, which currently employs 102, will retain the Lenders Title Solutions name and operate as a division of MCS Solutions, MCS' valuation, title services and steel security product line.

"Lenders Title Solutions provides an unsurpassed level of customer experience and superior products and services for its clients," said Chad Mosley, chief operating officer of MCS Solutions. "The company will make a great addition to our business, and I believe we both will grow stronger as a result of the combination."

This is just the latest acquisition for MCS, which expanded its suite of services with the 2014 addition of certain CoreLogic business units, including products that cover valuation in both the loan origination and default service sectors. Earlier this year, MCS added Austin, Texas-based EPIC Real Estate Solutions, another provider of title insurance, escrow and closing services.

"We're very proud of what we've created here and the services we've provided to our clients through the years," said Chris Sketch, chief executive officer at Lenders Title Solutions. "And likewise, we're proud now to be a part of MCS Solutions."

"Our philosophy has always been–and always will be–that growth is good only if it helps us do more and better things for our clients," said MCS CEO Caroline Reaves. "Adding Lenders Title Solutions and its very experienced and talented group of people fits that mold. This move is good for us and good for the people and clients that we serve."
