Nov 22, 2016
HomeBridge Financial Services Inc. has announced the promotion of Jamie Zeitz to the position of branch manager.

HomeBridge Financial Services Inc. continues its expansion in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic with the addition of highly-skilled and locally-respected mortgage loan originators in key locations in Rhode Island, Maryland and New Jersey. Associates who have recently joined HomeBridge include:

Anthony DePietro (Shrewsbury, N.J.)

Iryna Gilbert (Rockville, Md.)

David Sampson (Warwick, R.I.)

Peter Scott (Hackensack, N.J.)

“HomeBridge’s associates are truly what makes the company an excellent resource for borrowers and the real estate professionals who live and work in the communities we serve,” said Rick Floyd, partner and executive vice president at HomeBridge. “As a mortgage lender, HomeBridge has the financial strength and resources that borrowers want, but it's the personal approach our associates take that really sets our company apart from other lenders.”

As part of its continued plans for growth, HomeBridge recently announced that it would be purchasing the operating assets of Prospect Mortgage. Once finalized, HomeBridge will become one of the largest non-bank mortgage lenders in the country, originating loans nationwide with approximately 900 retail mortgage loan originators in nearly 250 branches.
