Paul Wohkittel of CIS has been elected vice president of the National Consumer Reporting Association (NCRA). Wohkittel, who oversees the CIS Mid-Atlantic office in Baltimore, Md., was selected as the NCRA's vice president at the association’s annual conference in November.

“We are proud to have Paul represent our industry and CIS in this position. Paul’s appointment to the board of directors continues a long legacy of CIS involvement in NCRA,” said Mike Brown, CIS president and chief executive officer. “As a national consumer reporting agency, we feel it is our duty to actively participate in initiatives that address industry concerns and further industry growth. Paul brings extensive levels of experience and knowledge to the NCRA board and we wish him all the best as he begins his three-year term.”

Wohkittel, who previously served two terms on the NCRA board and as president in 2005, brings a wealth of experience to the organization. His 30-plus years in the consumer reporting industry have spanned significant changes in regulations, products, platforms and processes. Wohkittel has led initiatives to position CIS with compliant products and solutions that address consumer and client demands, supported by his commitment to deliver outstanding customer service.
