ARMCO Debuts Online Resource for Compliance News

Apr 05, 2018
ACES Risk Management (ARMCO) has announced that it has added questionnaires related to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) to the ACES Intelligent Questionnaire (ACES IQ) functionality

ACES Risk Management (ARMCO) has launched The Compliance NewsHub, which is being billed as “the mortgage industry’s first free comprehensive searchable online resource for regulation-related news and information.”

According to the Pompano Beach, Fla.-based company, the Compliance NewsHub will offer a user-friendly source of current information on regulation-related topics. News will be categorized into federal legislation, legal, industry, agency/GSE and state topics, and the site will include a library of past and future regulation announcements that can be searched according to date, industry and regulating body.

“There are a large number of regulations applicable to each individual loan, but until the ARMCO Compliance NewsHub, there was no central hub for accessing information,” said Phil McCall, Chief Operating Officer of ARMCO. “ARMCO is leveraging its dedicated compliance team to provide comprehensive, one-stop access to this information for the first time. As a risk mitigation and compliance leader, ARMCO is dedicated to elevating quality for all lenders.”
