United Northern Mortgage Bankers has been awarded a Top Long Island Workplaces-2018 honor by Newsday

United Northern Mortgage Bankers has been awarded a Top Long Island Workplaces-2018 honor by Newsday. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects, including workplace culture, alignment, execution and connection.

"Top Workplaces is more than just recognition," said Doug Claffey, Chief Executive Officer of Energage. "Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement."

United Northern Mortgage Bankers Limited celebrates a culture of diversity, empowerment and community involvement. The company encourages employees to lead a balanced work life and succeed as an interdisciplinary team supported by leading technology and continued education.

“Thank you to our dedicated team for taking pride not just in what we do, but in who we are as we fulfill the American dream of homeownership,” said Don Giorgio, Chief Executive Officer and President of United Northern Mortgage Bankers. “Together, we continue to ‘Live the Dream.’”
