Adam Haupt to Lead Planet Home Lending’s New Vegas Office

Nov 05, 2018
Planet Home Lending has hired Jennifer Folk as senior vice president of national operations and operations support

Planet Home Lending LLC has announced the opening of a new branch in Las Vegas, to be led by Branch Manager Adam Haupt.

"Planet Home Lending is a great fit for Las Vegas because the company understands the way people in Las Vegas make money is a little different," said Planet Regional Vice President Ed Kami. "The local economy includes a lot of service industry employees who rely on tips, so we have home loans you can get based on tip income. And because we have a lot of self-employed people and business owners, we offer a home loan you can get using your bank statements instead of your tax return."

Joining Branch Manager Haupt in the new Vegas branch, will be Sales Manager Tara Damelos; Production Manager Randy Viars; Mortgage Loan Officers Anthony Mason, Mark Lewis, Anna Connot, Desiree Hansel, Jacqueline Gargia, Merli Garcia, Yelina Garcia, Joseph Giuliano, Michelle Leaf and Donald McCorkle; Loan Officer Assistants Stephany Patino and Alejandra Martinez; and Processor Carie Ann Ormonde.
