On Q Financial Promotes Shane Miller to SVP–Eastern Division

On Q Financial has promoted Shane Miller to the role of Senior Vice President–Eastern Divisional Manager

On Q Financial has promoted Shane Miller to the role of Senior Vice President–Eastern Divisional Manager. In his new role, Miller will lead the company’s Eastern states through growth and service, as well as expanding On Q into untapped markets.
 
“Shane has always been an incredible leader and team player,” said Marcus Davis, Senior Vice President, National Retail Sales Executive. “As a company veteran and top producer, he believes in our vision to become the best independent mortgage lender in the country and truly lives our values. Shane is going to make waves and create new and incredible opportunities, not just for the East, but On Q as a whole.”
 
Miller has been with On Q since 2013 and served in the Army National Guard. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, a Masters in Human Resource Development from Clemson University, and is currently half way through his Ph.D. in Leadership with a concentration in business at the University of Cumberlands.
