Jodi Viniello Named Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer for Embrace Home Loans

Embrace Home Loans has announced that Jodi Viniello has joined the company as Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer. Viniello is an operations and IT executive and certified project management professional with more than 20 years of experience.

"With Jodi's expertise in agile frameworks, we are confident she will bring our innovative ideas to reality more quickly in order to meet those challenges."
 
Before joining Embrace Home Loans, Viniello was head of Transformation and Portfolio Delivery at Citizens Bank, where she led their enterprise agile transformation. Viniello held previous leadership positions across multiple verticals, including healthcare, financial services and manufacturing, demonstrating her ability to successfully balance strategy and execution change management.
 
In her new role, Viniello will be responsible for defining Embrace Home Loans' agile transformation roadmap and its digital strategy, identifying and prioritizing short and long-term digitalization initiatives and implementing new ways of working. The company will rely on Viniello's expertise in agile principles, which involves collaboration in cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of customers' needs, along with an iterative test-and-learn approach to delivery. Agile design methods have gained popularity in recent years as a faster and more flexible delivery strategy.
