Chris Channell to Lead Draper and Kramer Mortgage’s New Virginia Branch

Draper and Kramer Mortgage has announced that Raymond Bravo has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Residential Lending

Draper and Kramer Mortgage has announced the opening of a new branch in the Washington, D.C., suburb of McLean, Va. The branch and much of its staff, led by top-producing mortgage originator Chris Channell, joined the company from another local lender.

“Our team was looking for a competitive advantage in our high-loan-volume environment, and we found it at Draper and Kramer Mortgage,” said Channell, who is now Regional Vice President with Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. (DKMC). “We were impressed by the firm’s 125-year reputation, extensive range of loan products, and knowledgeable and solutions-oriented support staff, so we made the move. Our transition was seamless, and we’re already thriving here.”
 
Channell’s team at the McLean branch currently includes Senior Vice President of Residential Lending Van Papadopoulos, Senior Vice President of Residential Lending Phillip Baltazar, Vice President of Residential Lending Eddie Jackson, Senior Loan Officer Mike DeMar, Senior Loan Officer and Sales Manager Grace Olabosipo, Business Development Manager Jennifer Nguyen, Senior Loan Officer Ian Ford, Sales Coordinator Margie Pittman, Senior Loan Processor Kim Wayland and Loan Processor Carolina Ferreira.
