Embrace Home Loans has received the first-place award for the Top Mortgage Companies in Customer Satisfaction in the Large Division, as provided by SocialSurvey

Embrace Home Loans has received the first-place award for the Top Mortgage Companies in Customer Satisfaction in the Large Division, as provided by SocialSurvey, which released data on customer satisfaction among nearly 200 mortgage companies nationwide.

SocialSurvey sent out thousands of surveys to customers who closed transactions with Embrace Home Loans in 2018, and with an impressive 62 percent of customers completing the survey, Embrace's Loan Officers averaged nearly 4.9 out of a possible 5.0-star review combined.

In addition, nine Embrace Loan Officers ranked among Social Survey's Top 250 Originators out of more than 30,000 LOs. That includes Senior Loan Officer Frank Virga, based out of the Hauppauge, N.Y. branch, who ranked among the Top 10 Originators.

"Embrace is delighted with all of the great customer feedback on Frank and our loan originators across the country," said Meghan Handy, Customer Experience Director, Vice President at Embrace Home Loans. "As consumers increasingly research mortgage lenders and specific loan officers online, the top reviews we receive are a true testament to the superior customer service Embrace and our originators provide."

Virga currently has a 4.94-star rating and 262 completed customer reviews.

"I'm thrilled to rank among the Top 10 loan originators in the country," Virga said. "I work hard to give my customers a smooth and pleasant mortgage experience, which is reflected in the great reviews I receive. Customers know they can put their trust in me."
