Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation has announced the promotion of the following: Chip Adkins to the role of chief production officer; Heather Kent to vice president, director of marketing; Julia King to vice president, director of human resources; and Connie Robinson to senior vice president, director of servicing.
 
Chip Adkins to the role of chief production officer; Heather Kent to vice president, director of marketing; Julia King to vice president, director of human resources; and Connie Robinson to senior vice president, director of servicingAdkins brings more than 25 years of financial-related experience to his role, overseeing production for GHMC. He is responsible for the corporate heath of production including recruiting, geographic development and future growth. He joins GHMC from Franklin American Mortgage Company (Citizens Bank) where he led a sales team closing an average of $1 billion annually in third-party originated (TPO) business.
 
Kent will oversee branding initiatives and focus her efforts on product development, creative branding and implementing a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan aimed at increasing local, regional and national awareness of Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Kent brings more than 15 years of marketing and sales experience to her position. Prior to joining GHMC, she was previously the publisher and advertising director of Murfreesboro Magazine, a publication owned by Gannett Co. Inc. For outstanding sales, Gannett named her one of its Top 10 advertising executives. She is also a former advertising manager for The Daily News Journal and The Tennessean.
 
King brings more than 20 years of experience in the human resources profession. King is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the HR operations for Guaranty Home Mortgage, and she has been with GHMC since 2010.
 
Robinson is currently the servicing operation manager, responsible for the management and oversight of in-house servicing and sub-servicing for GHMC. She brings more than 45 years of servicing experience in the conforming and non-conforming mortgage servicing industry. Robinson has experience in establishing servicing divisions for Traditional Mortgage Company, Lib Properties, and in 2011, she established the Servicing Division for Guaranty Trust Company, securing FNMA, GNMA and FHLMC servicing approval. Her experience includes managing, staffing, organization and development of procedures for interim servicing, transfers and over-site of sub-servicing mortgage companies.
