Umpqua Bank, has promoted Kevin Skinner promoted to executive vice president and head of home lendingSkinner replaces Ron Stroble, who recently retired from the Portland-headquartered bank after leading its home lending division for more than 15 years. Skinner has been with the bank for six years and most recently led its home lending division teams responsible for secondary marketing, accounting, product development, pricing, systems and operations. Prior to joining Umpqua, Skinner was first vice president of capital markets for HomeStreet Bank and also led the mortgage capital markets and interest rate management functions at USAA. He is based in Umpqua's Seattle-area mortgage operations center.

"In recent years, he's played an integral role in our home lending division's strategic growth.
