Silverton Mortgage has announced it has eliminated its lender fees for eligible individuals on new applications for home financing using the Atlanta-based company’s VA loan programs

Silverton Mortgage has announced it has eliminated its lender fees for eligible individuals on new applications for home financing using the Atlanta-based company’s VA loan programs.
 
“By eliminating lender fees, Silverton Mortgage is aiming to make a good deal even better for those in the armed forces with an additional savings of up to $1,295 on new applications,” the company said in a press statement. “Considering the amount of fees associated with the homeownership process, this is a significant cost that we’re happy alleviate for qualified veterans.”
 
The company added that by eliminating lender fees, qualified borrowers would enjoy “an additional savings of up to $1,295 on new applications.”
