Jet Mortgage Adds Three Hires

Amy Marsh, Jason Fregoso, and Rhonda Ramsey join the lender as it expands its sales team and builds out non-delegated correspondent operations

Jet Mortgage has added three mortgage industry professionals to its team as the lender continues expanding its wholesale and correspondent business.

Amy K. Marsh joins as correspondent director of operations, Jason Fregoso as an account executive, and Rhonda Ramsey as a national account executive, according to announcements shared on LinkedIn this week.

Marsh brings extensive experience in mortgage operations, wholesale lending, and Non-QM products. In announcing her new position, she said she would help build and grow Jet's non-delegated correspondent channel.

"I'm incredibly excited to be back working alongside some of the best people in the business," Marsh wrote on LinkedIn, referring to former colleagues and mentors she would be working with again.

Marsh previously held positions at Carrington Mortgage Services, where she specialized in wholesale business development and Non-QM lending. In a 2020 article she authored for National Mortgage Professional, she was described as having more than 13 years of wholesale and correspondent lending experience and nine years in mortgage operations.

The company also welcomes Fregoso and Ramsey to its account executive team, adding to its sales organization as Jet expands its third-party origination business.

Familiar Faces At Jet

Marsh's arrival reunites two former Carrington professionals at Jet.

In February, Jet appointed Greg Austin executive vice president of wholesale, bringing in the longtime Carrington executive to accelerate wholesale growth, strengthen broker relationships, and expand its national footprint.

Austin previously served as executive vice president of mortgage lending at Carrington, overseeing wholesale and correspondent lending operations.

His appointment was part of Jet's broader investment in its third-party origination business, which serves mortgage brokers and correspondent partners with conventional, government, and Non-QM loan products.

Jet also expanded its Non-QM offerings in June, introducing additional financing programs for mortgage brokers.

The latest hires add sales and operational experience to that expansion, with Marsh taking on a role focused specifically on growing the lender's non-delegated correspondent channel.
