In her new role, Rhodes will be responsible for working with her team and industry partners to aid in the growth of the retail division and the company. Rhodes has 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry and joined EPM two years ago as a designated underwriter. Prior to joining EPM, she worked as a regional underwriting manager for Caliber Home Loans. Rhodes also worked as a foreclosure and REO specialist, a processor, a processing manager and also worked in sales.

"Since joining EPM, Julie's dedication to growth, customer service, teamwork, and communication put her in a league of her own.
