Motto Mortgage, a mortgage brokerage franchise that focuses on transparency and compliance, has opened a new office in Orlando, Florida, and will be offering its services throughout the state.

"All we ask our clients is the chance to find them the most competitive rates in the industry,” said founder and real estate investor, John Bastidas. “A seat at the table that will advocate for them in trying to find them the best possible outcome, whether they are buying a new house or refinancing."

Motto Mortgage Secure offers a digital mortgage experience for those who want to conduct business remotely. It also provides borrowers a streamlined, personalized and guided mortgage experience with access to competitive loans from various wholesale lenders, according to a press release. The product has also been launched in a number of other states.

Mario Brown, CMPS will serve as a principal loan originator for the office. As a US Army Drill Sergeant who has worked for some of the biggest mortgage retailers in the country, he is expected to bring the knowledge, competence, and discipline necessary to get borrowers to the closing table.

The office is open for business at 1000 Savage Ct., Suite 206 Longwood, Fl.
