Axia Home Loans Appoints New President Of Retail Sales

Dan Shanahan brings 30 years of experience to the company.

The Bellevue, Washington-based Axia Home loans appointed a new president of retail sales this week.

Dan Shanahan, formerly mortgage retail division manager at Huntington National Bank, was appointed to the role, where he will lead Axia’s sales teams to achieve continued growth and success.

"We are thrilled to welcome Dan to Axia Home Loans," CEO Alex Rosenblum said. "His extensive experience and proven track record of success in the mortgage industry make him the ideal person to lead our production team. We are confident that he will play a key role in our continued success." 

Shanahan comes to the company with nearly 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on sales strategy, business planning, and relationship building.

He told NMP that he is excited about joining the team at Axia.

"Axia has a strong reputation for providing exceptional service to its customers, and I am committed to building on that tradition,” Shanahan said. “Our aim is to continue filling the organization with excellent LOs who are passionate about helping homeowners.”
