Covey cites leadership, culture, and vision alignment in decision to join national lender
Brian Covey has joined CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) as Divisional Senior Vice President, marking a new chapter in his two-decade career in the mortgage industry. Covey shared the news on LinkedIn, noting the alignment of his professional goals with CCM’s leadership approach and organizational culture.
“I’ve officially joined CrossCountry Mortgage as Divisional Senior Vice President,” Covey wrote in a LinkedIn post. “What drew me to CCM was the leadership, the resources, the culture, and a clear vision to grow. We align on values, and I’m excited to build something special with this incredible team.”
Covey brings a strong track record of leadership and business development to his new position. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Strategy & Development at Revolution Mortgage, where he was responsible for recruiting, training, and expanding market presence across multiple regions.

In his role as Divisional Senior Vice President, Covey will be focused on attracting high-performing teams and supporting their integration and development within CCM. His appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in leadership and operational capabilities to support its national growth strategy.
