Britton Ertman Joins Premier Plus Lending As Chief Of Staff
Ertman will focus on operational strategy and internal communication to support strategic growth
Premier Plus Lending has appointed Britton Ertman as chief of staff, a move the company says will help strengthen leadership coordination and operational execution as the lender continues to scale.
In the newly created role, Ertman will work closely with the executive leadership team to align strategy with day-to-day operations, helping streamline communication, improve cross-department collaboration, and support the company’s continued growth.
“As we grow, alignment becomes just as important as production,” said Artin Babayan, founder and CEO of Premier Plus Lending. “Britton brings a thoughtful, steady approach to leadership and execution. He will help ensure that our teams, priorities, and internal operations remain tightly aligned as we continue to scale.”
At Premier Plus Lending, Ertman will focus on operational strategy, internal communication, and organizational efficiency while helping maintain the company’s culture as it expands.
Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Sherman Oaks, California, Premier Plus Lending has grown rapidly in a challenging mortgage environment marked by elevated interest rates and volatile origination volumes across the industry.
According to the company, it surpassed $500 million in loan production in 2025 and recorded roughly 70% year-over-year growth in loan volume, along with a 59% increase in loans closed.
Leadership said strengthening the company’s internal infrastructure is critical as it continues to expand its footprint and production capabilities.
With Ertman stepping into the chief of staff role, the lender is aiming to ensure its operational structure keeps pace with its growth trajectory.
