Cenlar Appoints New VP Of Enterprise Portfolio Management
Gabe Rinaldi has over 20 years of experience at financial institutions.
Cenlar FSB, a New Jersey-based mortgage loan subservicer, announced today that Gabe Rinaldi has joined the company as vice president of enterprise portfolio management. Rinaldi will lead the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and build a process engineering team in this position.
He has over 20 years of experience leading organizations and teams through rapid growth. He also has a record of establishing and maturing project management office groups and leading complex mission-critical projects.

We are transforming the way we do business, and Gabe will be a valuable part in centralizing our teams to help drive these efforts,” said Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Rob Lux.
Before joining Cenlar, Rinaldi was vice president of operational excellence & transformation at SIRVA BGRS Worldwide Inc. He held multiple leadership positions at Webster Bank and most recently, he was senior vice president of deposit operations. He was also project director, six sigma black belt, process excellence PMO at The Hartford.

He earned a Master of Science in Organizational Communication from Fairfield University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He also holds several certifications in project management, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate, a Prosci Change Management Certification, a Project Management Professional (PMP), Human-Centered Service Design from IDEO, and Leading SAFe from Scaled Agile.
