Industry veteran brings two decades of mortgage experience to expand CMG Financial's JV platform

CMG Financial, a privately held mortgage banking firm based in San Ramon, California, has appointed Tom James as the new Senior Vice President for its Joint Venture (JV) channel. James brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with expertise spanning sales, operations, and leadership.

James has a background in developing and managing joint ventures and has a track record of driving revenue growth through service excellence and process innovation. Prior to joining CMG Financial, he held leadership positions at several mortgage firms, where he focused on building and overseeing high-performing joint ventures.
