As chief credit officer at Constructive Capital, Castleton is tasked with driving strategic risk management by monitoring market trends, assessing credit risk, and optimizing portfolio performance to support business growth.
According to the company, she will lead credit teams to improve underwriting processes, enhance credit quality, accelerate credit feedback to clients and partners, and direct the credit team. She’ll also develop and launch lending products to meet current market demands.
