CrossCountry Expands Northwest Presence With Raena Pinchuk And Team Hire
Top-producing LO and her team join CCM in North Idaho, bringing expertise in builder relationships, VA lending, and government loan programs
CrossCountry Mortgage has hired loan originator Raena Pinchuk as Sales Manager for the Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and broader Pacific Northwest markets.
Pinchuk brings more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience to the role and will continue originating loans while helping lead growth efforts in North Idaho and surrounding markets. Her business has focused heavily on builder relationships, VA lending, government loan programs, complex loan structuring, and down payment assistance programs.
“We’re excited for Raena and her team to join CCM,” said Ron Leonhardt, founder and CEO of CrossCountry Mortgage. “Her track record of success, commitment to her clients and understanding of evolving market dynamics make her a strong addition to our team.”
Pinchuk said CCM’s platform and product lineup were key factors in the move, particularly in a market where borrowers and referral partners are demanding faster execution and broader lending options.
“Joining CrossCountry Mortgage positions our team for the future,” Pinchuk said. “CCM’s product suite, best-in-class platform and ability to keep more loans in-house allow us to create a more seamless experience for our clients and referral partners. In today’s market, having the right tools and support behind you makes all the difference.”
The hire reflects continued competition among large independent mortgage banks to attract high-volume originators and regional sales leaders, particularly those with strong purchase business and builder connections. VA lending and affordable housing-focused programs have become increasingly important growth channels as higher mortgage rates continue to pressure affordability across many markets.
CrossCountry Mortgage said Pinchuk and her team are also active in community initiatives supporting schools, first responders, and local charitable organizations.
