David Warren Now A Senior Account Executive At First Colony Mortgage

FCM TPO Sr. Account Executive David Warren

Warren brings decades of experience and ‘a passion for helping brokers succeed’ to First Colony’s FCM TPO division

Utah-headquartered First Colony Mortgage has hired David Warren as a senior account executive at its FCM TPO division.

Warren, who’s based in New York, shared the announcement in a talked-about post on LinkedIn. He joins First Colony after serving most recently as an account executive at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. and also was an AE at Finance of America.

Prior to those positions, Warren was a senior account executive at NewRez LLC and director of sales at Contour Mortgage Corporation.

“With years of experience and a passion for helping brokers succeed, David brings fresh energy, deep industry knowledge, and a commitment to delivering faster, smoother closings,” First Colony wrote in a post on Instagram. “Whether it’s Non-QM, FHA, or conventional loans, David knows how to get deals done and now has the full power of FCM TPO behind him.”
