Dovenmuehle Appoints Ann Morey Head Of Product
Technology and product executive will lead strategy, roadmaps and product management for the mortgage subservicer
Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (DMI), a leading mortgage subservicing company, has appointed Ann Morey as Head of Product, bringing a technology executive with experience leading large-scale digital product organizations to oversee the company's product strategy.
In the role, Morey will lead DMI's product management function, including establishing the company's strategic product vision, driving outcome-oriented roadmaps, increasing cross-functional alignment, and building agile teams as Dovenmuehle continues to evolve its platform and capabilities.
Morey brings more than 15 years of experience leading digital product and technology teams across the financial services, logistics and government sectors.
Most recently, she served as vice president of product delivery at Tria, formerly Softrams, where she managed a team of more than 200 employees, oversaw three large-scale enterprise software contracts and held profit-and-loss responsibility for a business generating approximately $70 million in annual revenue. Earlier in her career, she held product leadership roles with the U.S. Air Force's Kessel Run, XPO Logistics and First Data.
"Ann brings exactly the kind of product leadership we need as we continue to evolve our platform and capabilities," said Matt Budy, senior vice president at Dovenmuehle. "Her track record of cultivating high-performing teams, driving measurable outcomes and translating complex client needs into effective technology solutions makes her exceptionally well-suited to lead this function at Dovenmuehle."
According to Dovenmuehle, Morey is known for introducing disciplined product discovery and prioritization frameworks and for developing talent through mentorship initiatives. She holds an MBA in management from Boston University.
"I've spent my career at the intersection of complex operations and digital products, and Dovenmuehle sits squarely in that space," Morey said. "The company has built an impressive legacy, and I'm looking forward to building on that foundation with modern product practices alongside a team focused on continuous improvement and client value."
