First Federal Bank of Kansas City announced the appointment of Schuyler Vaughan as its new senior vice president of mortgage banking. Vaughan, a mortgage industry veteran with 27 years of experience, is poised to lead the bank's mortgage customer acquisition efforts and helm its home lending team.
First Federal CEO and President J.R. Buckner, expressed his enthusiasm for Vaughan's arrival at the Leadwood, Kansas bank, stating, "We are passionate about homeownership and the positive impact it has on our communities. Vaughan's career includes prominent roles as the national sales manager and head of mortgage banking for CIBC. Furthermore, he worked as the branch sales manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where his contributions influenced strategic planning and execution.
