Looking to further strengthen First Home Mortgage’s presence in the Washington, D.C. marketplace, Charlie Latimer has been named Branch Manager of the Chevy Chase, Maryland location

First Home Mortgage Corporation has announced the addition of Charlie Latimer as Branch Manager of its Chevy Chase, Maryland, office, strengthening the company’s footprint in one of the nation’s most competitive housing markets. Latimer joins longtime Branch Managers and top producers Alex Jaffe and Joe Dawson in the Chevy Chase office.

Latimer entered the retail mortgage industry in January 2020 and established himself as one of the region’s fastest-rising producers. By his second year in the business, he ranked in the top 1% of mortgage originators nationwide, a distinction he has maintained annually. He is currently pacing more than $75 million in annual production and has earned repeated recognition in some of the industry’s top publications.

Latimer highlighted the opportunity to collaborate with proven leadership at the Chevy Chase branch and to work under the guidance of President Matt Nader, whose local market experience and industry reputation were significant draws.

“Charlie brings an exceptional level of professionalism, speed, and market knowledge,” Nader said. “He’s joining one of the highest-performing branches in our company, and his approach aligns perfectly with the standard of excellence our Chevy Chase team is known for.”

Known for his emphasis on speed, precision, and collaboration, Latimer has built strong relationships with leading real estate professionals throughout the region. His approach prioritizes fast and accurate pre-qualifications, proactive communication, and problem-solving that addresses partner pain points before they become obstacles. This focus has made him a trusted lending partner for many of the area’s top-producing agents.
