Industry veteran Andy Voyles has decades of experience in residential lending and mortgage banking.
Nashville, Tenn.-based Guaranty Home Mortgage Corp. (GHMC) announced recently that it has hired a new executive vice president/director of retail lending.
In the announcement, posted to its social media pages, the company said it is “very excited to welcome Andy Voyles … to the GHMC family!”
According to biographical information posted on the GHMC website, Voyles has served in the residential lending and mortgage banking industries since late 1997, when he began his career with Norwest Financial as a college intern.
“As a mortgage banking professional, Andy has enjoyed senior management roles with Ace Mortgage Funding, First Community Mortgage, Bank of England Mortgage, and now Guaranty Home Mortgage Corp. (GHMC),” the website states, adding Voyles joined GHMC in December.
“Andy’s depth of experience in mortgage lending includes oversight in the following areas: sales (B2B, B2C), branch development, forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, policy administration, agency and vendor relations, underwriting, credit maintenance, risk analysis, performance management, recruiting and training, marketing and advertising, and specialized compliance knowledge around loan originator compensation regulations.,” the website states.
Voyles has a bachelor of science degree in business management & operations Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington. He also was a nationally Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) from 2004-12, sponsored by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
In a statement posted to social media, GHMC President & CEO Chip Adkins praised the addition of Voyles.
“Andy’s depth of experience in mortgage lending, passion, and talents are perfectly matched to lead the GoGuaranty retail brand.” Adkins said.
Guaranty Home Mortgage Corp. originates and purchases loans nationally through its broker and limited retail channels. Based in Nashville, it is licensed to operate in 46 states and the District of Columbia.
