PMSI elevates Jeff Choi to chief operating officer as it sharpens its growth strategy and reinforces its focus on internal leadership development for 2026

PMSI, a provider of data-driven residential mortgage investor reporting and accounting solutions, has promoted Jeff Choi to the role of chief operating officer. The move aligns with the company’s strategic priorities for growth in 2026 and reinforces its emphasis on internal leadership development.

Choi previously served as senior vice president of strategic operations at PMSI, after joining the firm in 2024. He brings extensive experience from senior roles at Lima One Capital, Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Rushmore Loan Management Services, and PenFed Credit Union. He also holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.

“Jeff’s outstanding record at multiple leading banking organizations, and his impressive tenure here at PMSI, make him an ideal fit to shape our strategy as we continue to meet the highest standards in investor reporting,” said PMSI CEO Daniel Thompson.

PMSI, based in Henderson, Nevada, and privately held, has been operating for 25 years, providing tools aimed at improving operational efficiency and transparency for mortgage loan servicers.
