Linda Vo Joins Guaranteed Rate Affinity As Regional Manager For North Texas

Guaranteed Rate Affinity has named Linda Vo as its new Regional Manager for North Texas, marking a strategic move to strengthen the company’s presence in one of its fastest-growing markets.

With more than 20 years of experience across multiple facets of the mortgage industry — including wholesale lending, loan origination, sales management, REO servicing, corporate strategy, and business development — Vo steps into the role with a well-rounded skill set and a focus on growth.

In her new position, Vo will focus on expanding the company’s market share throughout North Texas while supporting and empowering local loan officers. Her hiring comes amid a broader push by Guaranteed Rate Affinity to scale its recruiting and leadership development efforts.

Vo holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Oklahoma City University. She earned her Certified Mortgage Banker designation in 2022 and received a John Maxwell Team Certificate in 2018. A longtime member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Vo most recently served as president of its Dallas-Fort Worth chapter.
