LoanCare Names Ramie Word EVP Of Client Relations

LoanCare has named Ramie Word executive vice president of client relations, adding another longtime mortgage servicing executive to its leadership team.

Word joined the company effective May 6 and will oversee client relations, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership management for the national subservicer.

She brings more than 25 years of mortgage servicing experience to the role, including more than two decades at Mr. Cooper — now part of Rocket Mortgage — where she held senior leadership positions spanning client relations, customer experience, escrow, collections, loss mitigation, default servicing, and REO operations.

“Ramie brings an exceptional client-first mindset, grounded in discipline around performance, accountability, and meaningful results,” LoanCare President Dave Worrall said in a statement announcing the hire.

LoanCare provides servicing solutions for banks, credit unions, independent mortgage banks, and institutional investors. The company says it has serviced loans for more than 40 years and offers subservicing, special loan servicing, private-label, and portfolio management services through its LoanCare Analytics platform.

The company operates as part of Fidelity National Financial, the Fortune 500 parent company behind several title insurance and real estate transaction businesses.
