Will help take Accenture company’s lending platforms ‘to the next level’ as a U.S. market solution for mortgage lenders

Cloud-based digital lending platform and an Accenture company, Mortgage Cadence, has named Lokesh Pathak its chief information officer.

With his nearly three decades of experience in engineering, product development, and IT strategy, Pathak will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, accelerating innovation, and driving adoption of AI and other advanced capabilities, according to Mortgage Cadence.

Something significant could be in the works: Pathak, who's also managing director at Accenture, is to play “a pivotal role in taking Mortgage Cadence’s platforms to the next level” as a market solution for U.S. mortgage lenders.

"As I step into the organization, I am filled with excitement and pride," Pathak said yesterday in a post on LinkedIn. "I’m eager to collaborate with a team of brilliant minds to drive transformative solutions and deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders," he added. "I look forward to this exciting new phase and the growth it will bring!"

Prior to this new appointment, Pathak spent some 10 years as vice president of engineering at Nucleus Software, an India-based provider of lending and transaction banking solutions for the global financial services industry. He has notable certifications in "Design Thinking" and "Architecture of Systems" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

“Lokesh brings both deep technical insight and a strategic, forward-looking mindset,” said Pedro Garcia, CEO of Mortgage Cadence, in a statement. “His leadership will be key as we continue to scale, invest in digital transformation, and deliver even greater value to our customers and partners.”
