Docutech's latest integration with Talk'uments aims to make mortgage documents easier to understand for borrowers in six languages

Docutech and Talk'uments have launched an integration designed to make mortgage documents easier for borrowers to understand in multiple languages. The platform currently supports English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Tagalog.

The new partnership combines Docutech's document-generation platform with Talk'uments' interactive multilingual communication technology, enabling lenders to deliver borrower-friendly explanations alongside key mortgage documents, including Loan Estimates, Closing Disclosures, product descriptions, application documents, and closing packages.

The companies said the integrated solution is intended to improve transparency throughout the mortgage process while helping lenders better serve first-time homebuyers, affordable lending initiatives and borrowers with limited English proficiency (LEP).

"By integrating Docutech's advanced document generation capabilities with Talk'uments' multilingual borrower communication tools, we are helping lenders deliver a more accessible and transparent mortgage experience," said Jamaica Delmer, vice president of strategic operations at Docutech.

Delmer said the integration goes beyond delivering required disclosures by providing explanations designed to help borrowers better understand complex mortgage documents and make more informed decisions.

Unlike traditional document translation, Talk'uments provides interactive educational content that explains mortgage terminology and loan documents in a borrower's preferred language.

The integration allows lenders to pair Docutech's compliant document generation capabilities with Talk'uments' multilingual educational tools throughout the origination and closing process. The companies said the combined solution is designed to reduce borrower confusion, improve engagement, and make key mortgage information more accessible.

"Reaching today's diverse market is the single biggest growth opportunity for lenders," said George Baker, founder and CEO of Talk'uments. "By pairing Docutech's document generation technology with our ability to simplify complex mortgage concepts, we're giving lenders a competitive edge."

The integrated platform is being introduced to select lenders, with broader availability planned following the initial rollout.

While multilingual support has often been viewed through a compliance lens, technology providers are increasingly positioning clearer borrower education as both a customer experience differentiator and a way to better serve growing multilingual communities.

The partnership also expands Talk'uments' integration ecosystem. The company has previously announced connections with other mortgage technology providers, including Blend and nCino, as it continues to embed multilingual borrower education tools into lenders' existing origination workflows.

For LOs, the technology could help streamline conversations with borrowers who may be unfamiliar with mortgage terminology or more comfortable reviewing loan information in their preferred language, potentially reducing confusion during the application and closing process while improving the overall borrower experience.
