OneTrust Home Loans announced the hiring of Jordan Simons to lead its direct-to-consumer division as senior vice president, with an immediate focus on the launch of Warp Speed Mortgage.
“I’m excited to be at the forefront of launching Warp Speed Mortgage and other consumer direct businesses within the family of companies,” Simons said. “But it’s more than that, we plan to build the premier consumer direct experience for both the originators and the customer, providing the platform, technology, and products that make us truly unique for the space.”
Simons has experience in the mortgage space, in both retail and consumer direct channels with origins in portfolio defense. In his latest role at First Guarantee Mortgage, he served as senior vice president, leading their consumer direct division, and establishing coaching programs for loan originators. While at Fairway Independent Mortgage he served as branch manager, establishing a remote call center platform.

He will be leading the sales team for the launch of one of the more important divisions we have been working on for years, Warp Speed Mortgage.”
OneTrust Home Loans is a privately-owned Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac approved direct lender and servicer in addition to a balance sheet lender in both the residential and commercial sectors. OneTrust is licensed in 49 states and two U.S. territories with sales and operations across the country. It is based in San Diego.
