Service 1st Appoints Lucas Jones SVP Of Operations

Service 1st has appointed Lucas Jones as senior vice president of operations, the company announced this week.

Jones will lead operational strategy and execution for the mortgage credit reporting and verification provider, with responsibilities focused on driving efficiency, improving customer experience, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Jones brings more than 20 years of experience across mortgage lending, financial services, fintech, and proptech. Prior to joining Service 1st, he served as head of operations at RenoFi, where he managed end-to-end mortgage operations, helped scale the team, and contributed to product and process innovation.

His background also includes leadership roles in banking and consulting focused on operational efficiency and risk reduction.

At Service 1st, Jones will oversee operational process enhancements, resource optimization, process improvement efforts, and the integration of new technologies intended to support efficiency and innovation across the company’s offerings.
