ServiceLink Adds Four Mortgage Professionals To Origination Sales Team

Erath, Marin, Pazos, Schellenberg

New hires aim to drive lender partnerships, boost origination efficiency, and support client growth strategies

ServiceLink expanded its origination division by adding four experienced mortgage professionals. The move aims to strengthen lender partnerships and support client growth strategies across the mortgage lifecycle.

The company announced John Erath, Amanda Marin, and Zach Schellenberger joined as national sales executives. Cynthia Pazos was appointed national account executive. All four will focus on driving new business development and enhancing relationships with lender clients.

These hires come as mortgage service providers invest in sales and relationship management talent. This investment helps lenders navigate a complex origination environment where efficiency, technology adoption, and borrower experience remain key differentiators.

Erath returns to ServiceLink after eight years with the company in client relationship and national sales roles. He brings 14 years of industry experience across sales, title clearance, and closing operations. In his new role, Erath will help lenders improve operational efficiency through ServiceLink's technology-enabled services, emphasizing a "service first" approach to partnerships.

Marin joins ServiceLink with over 15 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles. Most recently with ValueLink, she worked with lenders on appraisal and workflow solutions designed to improve operational performance. Her background includes a focus on technology adoption, process improvement, and building long-term client relationships.

Schellenberger, who entered the mortgage industry in 2012, brings experience across operations and sales within appraisal management. He has streamlined valuation processes, managed high-volume panels, and resolved complex appraisal issues. ServiceLink stated this experience will support lenders seeking faster, more accurate property valuations.

Pazos adds over three decades of mortgage banking experience, including roles at Bank of America, Fannie Mae, PenFed, and Bay Equity Home Loans, now part of Redfin. Her background spans client relationship management, deal structuring, and sales leadership. ServiceLink said Pazos will deliver strategic guidance to clients through market insights and customized solutions.

ServiceLink, a provider of technology-enabled mortgage services from origination through default, stated these additions reflect its continued investment in talent. This talent supports lenders across all phases of the mortgage process. The company did not disclose the geographic coverage or specific client segments assigned to the new hires.
