ServiceLink Announces Leadership Changes Across Origination And Default

ServiceLink Moves Steinmetz To Default Services, Names Holland Interim Origination Chief

Miriam Moore will become executive advisor, Dave Steinmetz will lead default services, beginning Jan. 1

ServiceLink will move longtime origination president Dave Steinmetz into leadership of its Default Services Division, succeeding Miriam Moore, who will become executive advisor effective Jan. 1, 2027.

The transition also puts Chief Financial Officer David Holland in charge of Origination Services on an interim basis. Holland will retain his CFO responsibilities and lead the search for a permanent president of the division.

Steinmetz has led ServiceLink’s origination businesses for the past 15 years. He joined the company in 1993 and has worked across its operational units, including previously serving as senior vice president of Default Services.

“Having his leadership extend to a new segment of our organization brings stability, efficiency and the needed experience to meet the demands of our clients’ evolving business challenges,” ServiceLink CEO Chris Azur said.

Moore will move into the advisory position after 15 years leading Default Services and nearly four decades with ServiceLink and its predecessor companies. Her responsibilities will include helping shape default services strategy, strengthening client relationships, and advising on product and operational innovation.

“We are thrilled that Miriam will continue to share her expertise across our business,” Azur said.

The leadership changes follow sales hiring across both divisions. In August, ServiceLink added four national sales executives to its origination division, following four additions announced in March. Those appointments focused on developing lender partnerships and client growth strategies.

On the default side, ServiceLink hired Ryan Reaves as vice president, national sales executive in May to expand relationships across its servicing and default offerings.

Together, the appointments place experienced internal executives over both divisions during the transition, with Moore continuing to advise the default business and Holland overseeing the selection of Steinmetz’s permanent successor in origination.

ServiceLink provides valuation, title, closing, and flood services to originators, along with default-related services for servicers, including field services, auction, and REO asset management.
