SingleSource Names Noah Meier Chief Appraiser To Lead Valuation Services
Former Xome and ServiceLink appraisal executive joins SingleSource to expand valuation services and strengthen quality assurance for lender and servicer clients
SingleSource Property Solutions has appointed appraisal industry veteran Noah Meier as chief appraiser, adding more than two decades of valuation and appraisal management experience to its leadership team.
Meier will oversee the expansion of the company's valuation services while enhancing quality assurance protocols to improve efficiency, consistency, and the client experience for lenders and mortgage servicers nationwide.
"Noah will be a key asset in advancing our valuation services, and we are pleased to welcome him to the team," SingleSource CEO Brian Cullen said in the announcement. "He's done this work from every angle — in the field, at major AMCs, and on his own. That breadth of experience is exactly what our valuation team needs right now, and we're fortunate to have him."
Meier began his appraisal career in 2004 after earning his first trainee permit with a New Jersey appraisal company. He later became a licensed field appraiser before moving into appraisal management, where he held leadership roles with Xome and ServiceLink. He also operated as an independent fee appraiser.
According to SingleSource, Meier holds certified or licensed appraiser credentials in New Jersey, Delaware and Rhode Island.
"I've always been a grinder when it comes to getting appraisals out the door," Meier said. "We have a strong foundation here and a great team, and I want to build on it by growing the vendor panel, improving our quality assurance, and pushing our service standards even further, so we continue exceeding our clients' expectations."
