Class Valuation has named industry veteran Tanya Wright as EVP of TPO and distributed retail to drive operational strategy, scalability, and client success

Nationwide real estate appraisal management company Class Valuation has appointed mortgage industry veteran Tanya Wright as its new EVP of third-party origination (TPO) and distributed retail.

In her new role, Wright will join the company’s operations leadership team and take responsibility for strategy, operational execution, and client success initiatives across Class Valuation’s broker and distributed retail channels.

Wright brings more than a decade of experience in mortgage operations and financial technology, with a track record of scaling teams, optimizing complex processes, and supporting growth across multiple lending channels.

Prior to joining Class Valuation, she served as VP of Non-QM operations at Kind Lending, where she led operational teams and supported expansion initiatives. Her previous leadership roles include senior positions at Emporium TPO and loanDepot, where she was responsible for wholesale and distributed retail operations at scale.

“Tanya’s background uniquely positions her to lead this critical part of our business,” said John Fraas, CEO of Class Valuation. “She brings a lender-side perspective that gives her a deep understanding of what brokers and distributed retail lenders need to succeed. Her ability to build repeatable, scalable processes while maintaining a high standard of service aligns well with our mission and growth strategy.”

In her new capacity, Wright will focus on developing scalable processes, enhancing service quality, and addressing the unique operational requirements of lenders in diverse regional and market environments. Her portfolio will include advancing operational consistency, strengthening communication practices, and guiding continued investment in technology-enabled solutions to support brokers and distributed retail clients.

“Class Valuation is not only one of the largest AMCs in the country, but also a technology and industry leader. In a market that’s constantly shifting, being on the cutting edge isn’t optional,” Wright said. “My career has focused on rapid growth, building to scale, and creating repeatable processes — and Class Valuation is doing exactly that.”
