Tracie Patchen Wain Joins FirstFunding, Inc.

FirstFunding, Inc. has announced the addition of industry veteran Tracie Patchen Wain to its team as an account executive. With over 15 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services sector, Wain brings a proven track record of relationship-building, sales leadership, and client-focused service to her new role.

Based in Phoenix, Wain has held key positions across a range of mortgage institutions, including A&D Mortgage, NOVA Home Loans, and LHM Financial, where she honed her skills in wholesale lending, loan origination, and account management. She is recognized for her dynamic client engagement strategies, targeted sales execution, and her ability to grow and sustain high-value relationships across diverse market segments.

Prior to joining FirstFunding, Wain served as a wholesale account executive at A&D Mortgage, where she supported brokers and correspondents across multiple states. She also held roles as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Loan Originator, gaining hands-on experience that further sharpens her ability to understand client needs from all sides of the transaction.

In her new position, she will focus on national account development, strategic partner relationships, and market expansion, operating remotely out of Arizona. Wain is an active member of the Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association and a dedicated advocate for the mortgage industry.
