Waterstone Mortgage Opens New Branch In Illinois

Patrick and Jason Durkin will lead the newest East Region branch.

National mortgage lender Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has announced the opening of a new branch in Morris, Ill., led by branch managers Patrick and Jason Durkin.

They will focus on serving customers in Will and Grundy counties, as well as the surrounding southwestern Chicago suburbs.

“From a support standpoint, the technology we have seen at Waterstone Mortgage is incredible,” Jason Durkin said. “Technology is key for a quick and smooth loan process.”

The Morris team currently consists of the Durkins and Norina Schroth, a loan partner/processor. In the coming months, they plan to expand by finding like-minded, customer-centric loan originators.

The Waterstone Mortgage Shorewood/Morris office is located at 1802 North Division, Suite 704, in Morris, Ill.

Founded in 2000, Waterstone Mortgage is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WaterStone Bank and is based in Pewaukee, Wis.
