John Wise

John Wise is EVP of Sales for Newfi Wholesale. John has 30+ years of experience in mortgage and real estate with a heavy focus on the TPO Non-Agency space. Prior to joining Newfi, he spent 5.5 years running the Northwest Region for a different Non-QM company. For most of his professional career, whether working for Goldman Sachs in New York or his own mortgage company in California, his service-based approach has helped to build several companies.
