OUR PRODUCTS - Non-QM - Borrowers can qualify using full doc or alt doc income including W-2, 12/24 Month Personal or Business Bank Statements, 1099, Asset Depletion, or other forms of income. We offer 15 ,30, or 40 Year Fixed and 30 or 40 Year Interest Only Terms. We also offer this product for ITIN Borrowers and an option for a 2-1 Buydown. - DSCR - DSCR loans allow borrowers to qualify for investment properties based on the cash flow of the subject property. Newfi has no minimum DSCR ratio and provides financing for 1-4 unit, 5-8 unit and condotel properties. In some states, DSCR loans can even be originated without a state license! - Other Products- Newfi also offers Graduated payment mortgages (GPM), home equity solutions and jumbo options.
