More than 300 employees laid off during a conference call this afternoon.

Dean Ayres has been promoted to western regional vice president and Scott Wood has been named western regional manager.

Sprout Mortgage has added to its line of automation tools for digital mortgages with the release of its third originator-focused mortgage tool. 

Sprout hired Michael Johnston as the company's new head of distributed retail.
